Hull and East Yorkshire Mind
Why has Hull and East Yorkshire Mind joined Working Voices?
"As a local health charity, it was an easy decision for Hull and East Yorkshire Mind to join Working Voices. Not only will it empower our staff to have a say in the consultation and design of local NHS services, the benefits to our workforce are also abundantly clear. We know how important the health and wellbeing of our workforce is, and so being part of this scheme will enable our staff to have easy access to a number of initiatives to improve their health and wellbeing, creating a happier and healthier organisation for the future."
About Hull and East Yorkshire Mind
Hull and East Yorkshire Mind is a local mental health charity. We won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets both support and respect.
Hull and East Yorkshire Mind is here to make sure anyone with a mental health problem has somewhere to turn for advice and support. We offer a multitude of services aimed to offer support to a wide range of people across Hull and the East Riding.
Our Mission is to intervene early to improve wellbeing and provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We campaign locally working with our partners to improve services and reduce stigma and discrimination.
We believe in providing care for people who come to us. We accept them as individuals and respect their beliefs, needs and wishes. We provide a happy and empowering environment in which to encourage recovery, wellbeing and progression.
