Hull and East Riding residents are being reminded which NHS services are available to them this bank holiday on Monday 31 August 2021.
If you need medical help, the NHS is here for you - Urgent Treatment Centres (UTC), out of hours GP services and some pharmacies across Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire will remain open. GP practices and most pharmacies will be closed on the bank holiday.
Don’t forget to check your medicine supply for over-the-counter remedies, and make sure you order any required repeat prescriptions in good time.
Some pharmacies will be open on bank holiday Monday to ensure you can access services if absolutely necessary. These times are subject to change so please check with your pharmacy first before you attend.
If you need to access GP services on bank holiday Monday, routine appointments are available through your GP practice in Hull or the East Riding.
Should you need urgent medical help please visit NHS 111 online at https://111.nhs.uk. If you cannot get online, you can dial 111.
