My City, My Health, My Care winter edition now available

From 1 July 2022, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) will be dissolved, and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) will take over the responsibility for NHS functions and budgets. We will become part of NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB. You can continue to use this website to find the information you need, which remains relevant for the Hull area.

The winter 2018 edition of the My City, My Health, My Care newsletter is now available. The newsletter, which is available from GP surgeries, provides information on the developments in Primary Care and with GP services across the city.

This edition of the newsletter includes an update on the new Access+ service, where patients can book routine appointments on evenings and at weekends, information about what clinical triage is and how you can help healthcare staff to help you by sharing your Summary Care Record.

The newsletter will be available to collect from your local GP practice over the next few weeks, or can be viewed online here.
