NHS Hull Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is seeking the views of people with Down's Syndrome, their families and carers.
The CCG is working with health and social care organisations in Hull to develop a pathway for people living with Down’s Syndrome.
When completed the pathway aims to provide families and staff with the information they need to get the best from the health service.
The pathway covers specialist services for Down’s Syndrome, such as screening, check-ups and treatment; and also gives information about support and mainstream services.
We are holding an experience based design session for service users, parents and carers on:

Morning session 10:00am – 12:00pm
Afternoon session 1:00pm – 3:00pm
Evening Session 6:00pm – 8:00pm
