Have you had a recent experience with local ambulance services, patient transport or NHS 111? If you or a loved one have used any of these services within
the last year then your story could be helpful.
In September the Care Quality Commission (CQC), which regulates health and social care services in England, will be inspecting the Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust (YAS). Before they begin the CQC are asking for patients to share their local experiences and help inform their study.
YAS provides emergency ambulance services and patient transport as well as operating the NHS 111 phone line; which patients can call for advice about non-emergency medical care.
The CQC are asking people in Hull to share their thoughts using the webform: www.cqc.org.uk/yourexpereince, by phone on: 03000 616161 or by e-mail at: enquiries@cqc.org.uk
