From 1 July 2022, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) will be dissolved, and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) will take over the responsibility for NHS functions and budgets. We will become part of NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB. You can continue to use this website to find the information you need, which remains relevant for the Hull area.

Patient online

Are you registered for Patient Online yet?  Thousands of people in Hull are now using online services as a more convenient way to access GP services using a computer, a tablet or a smartphone. You can:

  • Book and cancel appointments with your GP Surgery, when it suits you
  • Order repeat prescriptions online instead of ringing or calling in
  • Look at part of your GP records online whenever you want to find test results, consultant letters, copies of x-rays etc and answers to questions you may have without ringing your GP.

To register take photo ID (passport or driving licence) and proof of address (such as a utility bill) to your GP practice and tell them you want to start using their online services.  If you don’t have photo ID they can ask you questions to verify your identity.  You will then just need to fill in a short form.

For more information see www.nhs.uk/nhsengland/aboutnhsservices/doctors/pages/gp-online-services.aspx   Once registered with your GP you can access the service through a computer or a smartphone app including Patient Access, SystmOnline or Evergreen Life.
