Get involved
We want you to tell us your thoughts and experiences to help us to commission the most appropriate and highest quality services for you. Anyone can get involved regardless of their age, gender, ethnicity, health, religion, disabilities, or the language they speak. The NHS Act (2006) and Health and Social Care Act (2012) reiterate the importance of including local people in our work.
We offer a number of ongoing opportunities for you to get involved, ranging from attending a CCG Committee meeting, completing a People’s Panel questionnaire or becoming a fully trained ambassador. You can give as little or as much time as you want.
We value the contribution that our local groups and business make to improving health and wellbeing. We are passionate about supporting you to do this and offer practical help through schemes such as our Hull Champions, Working Voices and the Healthier Hull Community Fund. If you need any support with getting involved, please let us know.
