Hull Mental Health Support Teams – education settings
35 Hull schools and colleges are part of the test and learn pilot of the Mental Health Support Teams. The teams are made up an East Team and a West Team, delivering support to over 18,000 students for mild to moderate mental health problems, as well as support for parent and carers and school professionals.
Under the management of Advanced Practitioners, each team consists of two Senior Practitioners and four Education Mental Health Practitioners (EMHPs). Each EMHP will support four schools whilst additional leadership and support will be provided by the allocated Senior Practitioner. Find out more about the team here.
